I was in for a state inspection. They did it promptly while I waited and even took me back to the garage to show me what was wrong with the car. They explained it to me clearly and respectfully.
What can I say! I have been going here for a few years. I can't say enough good about everyone. They are wonderful,caring and honest. I trust them completely. Oh and they like donuts too
I went in for an oil change and afterwards they discovered my car (2003 Toyota Highlander) needed a new drive shaft, control arm bushings, as well as two exhaust leak repairs. I decided to have them investigate further and they took the time to look over the car for free a second time, and even showed me in person each problem that they saw from the underneath side of the car, which was so refreshing and helped me understand exactly what was wrong. I decided to go forward with the repairs and got a good feeling from these guys, like they were honest and didn't beat around the bush. They did a great job with the repairs from what I can tell, because my car now drives much more smoothly. I will definitely recommend them to my friends!
Like a fine tuned car, they do the necessary work with efficiency and at a competitive price. And, they offer smiles, always a good way to do business.
Dropped the car off for the day, but requested it be ready by noon if possible. They said they would do what they can to have it ready then, but no promises. At 11:30am received a call saying the car was ready to go. Perfect...Thank you Twisted Wrench!
