Pretty clean, nice waiting room and helpful staff. Give it a shot, if not just for an oil change.
Been taking my car here for service for several years now and I've always gotten great service. The staff is super friendly and very helpful.
Had my car towed in with a low clutch because they were close by and AAA-recommended. Customer service was excellent. I got the call saying it was done in less than 24 hours (a day ahead of their estimate), and the bill was under budget. Would recommend, especially to AAA members.
If you want you and your car to be treated with patience and respect, with attention to detail and your needs, this is the place to go. This is the only garage I've every felt good about spending money at. Not like any other repair shop.
Additionally, I brought my car in for an oil change and they inspected the whole vehicle for issues without being too pushy about my paying to fix any of the problems! It's good service, as I had just bought the used car and it tipped me off to a couple issues I didn't know about.
The service is awful, the parts are overpriced to make a profit, and the labor rates are too high. I received very unfair treatment so I went to the dealership and for what I needed the part itself was $50 cheaper and the labor rate was half!
Simply the best! Scrupulous honesty, unfailing courtesy, cheerfulness, and mechanics as good as they get. And unlike the more typical garage atmosphere and waiting area, it is positively pleasant to hang out here, with comfy sofas and chairs in a big space, nice selection of beverages, clean bathroom, wifi, etc. Kind of a revolution in the whole concept of a garage. And as someone not exactly well-versed in cars and repairs, it’s wonderful to be able to relax and fully trust your garage to do the work needed as inexpensively as possible. An awesome place — I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
