Runway Auto was truly wonderful and helpful to me in the process after my car was totaled by a deer. They have always been friendly and supportive both times I have worked with them. I highly recommend them.

My insurance required me to have my care fixed here. Had to return on several occasions due to things they messed up or simply didn't fix. In the end I decided I'd rather pay out of pocket at another auto shop rather than deal with their terrible service.
I had to take my car back to them about four times for mistakes. After the fourth time, I was suspicious about their work. I took my car to another Geico approved auto body shop to have it looked at. They were in shock to see the "work" that was done to my car. The frame was bent and rather than fix it or let us know they decided to oblong holes in order to screw things into place. I was told if we were to get into another accident while my car was in this condition it would have had a tragic ending. I highly suggest if you care for yourself, your family or others do not take your car here.
Great folks who really go the extra mile to help make sure everything is done well and they've always been helpful with getting things done for me within the schedule I need.
