My car had broken down and they allowed me to have it towed to their shop and stay there until they had time to fix it (tire season is crazy!) they were timely, friendly, and respectful to all of my personal and vehicle needs. Now I go here every time I need care help!
Bourne's serviced my 2009 Tacoma in a timely and excellent manor. I stopped by on Friday afternoon after the shop had closed. Rene met me outside and we made an appointment for my truck on Monday. It was inspected and repaired by mid afternoon. Excellent service that I recommend to all chittenden county car owners!

Our last Service Center closed and we had to find someone else and decided to try Bourne's. We really like how friendly and helpful the receptionist is and how professional the mechanics are. I had a tough electrical problem with my Ford Focus and they were able to locate and fix it right, where others had failed. We have now started bringing our newer Nissan there and I appreciated the recommendations they gave us on what to take care of in the future with no pressure to fix it now. Thanks.
