My experience at Carter's Cars was very good. The sales staff (Chuck, Kevin, & Tim) were professional, considerate, friendly, diligent, and ready to deal. They worked hard on even the small things. When I went to look under the used car I was there for they immediately offered to put it on the lift for me. That's not only transparency, that's faith in your product or the wherewithal to make things right if problems exist. I bought the vehicle I drove 5 hours round trip twice for and I'm very glad that I did. I'm very glad that this is where I did business. For starters if your looking to buy a car you must come to Carters Car first, they have a wonderful staff. I came all the way from Florida in hopes of a great deal, as promised Kevin and Christie both delivered got me in a nice vehicle well below book value so I definitely got my money's worth. If your flying in from outside like I did they also will pick you up as courtesy and will give you an abundance of options to choose from. There are so many vehicles to choose from, Christie gave me an informative detail of the vehicles I had in mind. She is definitely a team player, she was kind from the moment she picked me up and even kind to show me the cars of my choice. I had Kevin make a remarkable deal he is a great manger and does look to help with peoples situations. They don't force you to buy anything like other dealers and they don't give you hard decisions to make like other places, they are always giving you choices that work best for your budget. Once I bought the my vehicle I met a gentleman his name I believe was Tim he made the paper work process simple, very kind and helpful. If your looking for a vehicle like I was Give them a try I did and I saved thousands and would definitely come here again in the future. Customer service was great! We had a blast hanging out chatting while paper work was being printed off. Down side. We thought we were getting a good deal. During our own visual inspection everything seemed great for a car of its age. Ran and drove smooth. Then we take it to get an oil change. Through our own machanic. This is where we learn the air filter box bolts were so rusted that they could get it out. We have them fix what we thought was just the bolts. Nope! We had to replace the box itself. The air filter was so old and messed up that it was just a nest. We also learn there is an oil leak and the top engine bolt is cracked and needs to be replaced. These were all existing problems that they failed to tell us about. For that I’m not happy with the car we were sold.
I had a wonderful experience with this dealership. My father was a mechanic, and two of my best friends are mechanics, that said, I recently purchased my first vehicle from this dealer. Kevin, Chuck, and Tim were incredibly helpful. I got an excellent interest rate on a used vehicle (3.45%) and they replaced the sway bar links, put on brand new tires, changed the oil, and gave me an undercoat for free. I bought it recently inspected and registered, and had my friend look over it for me, and he told me they had given me a great car. I am so pleased, and 100% recommend these people.
Carter’s Cars has improved SO much! Had a wonderful experience working with Chuck when buying my new 2014 Honda Accord. Every previous customer I saw in the building were all very happy with their purchase and the staff. The car I purchased is going in to be detailed and have a major service done within the next few days (on them!) and fingers crossed it goes well.
