STAY AWAY - This guy is rude, unprofessional, shady and unstable.

Like someone else said, I wish you could give negative stars. Joey Verga is the epitome of that shady used auto dealership salesman and owner that you never want to do business with. Professionalism aside, or lack of, Joey is a dishonest and vulgar human being, among other things. Don't waste your time and sanity on him and his rust buckets.

If I had known about Joe to begin with, I would have started with him, and discussed with him what I was looking for. He has access to a lot of cars, and he would have kept an eye out.

I test drove a car from Joey on Wednesday, it drove great and seemed like a good deal. Booked it in with my mechanic on Thursday for a pre-purchase inspection and everything checked out. Brought the car back to Joey, settled on a price and told him I'd be back on Friday.

By far, the worst experience we've ever had shopping for a car.

I just bought a used car here. Joe Verga, the owner, knows everything there is to know about the car business, and is a good guy. Treat him with respect and he'll do the same. I bought the car I was looking for, and at a good price. Joe handled the registration transfer, and guided me through the process, which ended up costing less than I expecting

The owner is super pushy, vulgar, and sells junk. I'd never set foot on that lot again. The car I purchased was a complete lemon.

The more you get to know Joe, the more fun he is to deal with.

Had my wife drive me to the bank, picked up cash based on the price discussed, and had her drop me off at the dealership. Halfway through doing the paperwork I noticed that the price was not what we had discussed the day before. Joey sort of freaked out and said there was no way he would have agreed to sell the car for what he told me the day before. Said he'd rather pour gas on it and burn it to the ground than sell it for that much... and threw plenty of other colorful language my way in the process.

He did agree to split the difference on the price, which would have been a totally fair deal for the car, but the way he handled the whole discussion was such a turnoff that I walked out. I told him I didn't appreciate being yelled at or sworn at, and he said it was his place and that he could do whatever he wanted to. At that point, I left, even though I wanted the car. There is just no way I could do business with somebody who handles themselves like that when a customer is there, with cash in hand, to buy a car.

Yes, I would look forward to dealing with Joe again.
