Dan in service was my “knight in shining armor!” I was in Burlington a few days before Christmas to pick up my nephew for the holiday and a burst power steering fluid line became an emergency that he helped us navigate with ease. Christmas with family will be possible thanks to Dan! So grateful!

The best place to buy a Jeep in Vermont period. Great local owners and sales/service team. I would recommend to anyone without hesitation to look here first when looking for a Jeep.
It took over a month to complete a half-hour repair, and the dealership never once called me to relay information. Instead, I had to call and re-explain my issue every single time.
I had a great sales experience at Willie Racine's. Eric Karandy was great to deal with and incredibly knowledgeable. The negotiation process was very relaxed and low pressure. The finance guy didn't try to hard sell me on any extras. He simply explained the options clearly and let me decide on what I wanted or didn't want. I was even fed pizza and wings as I was there during lunch! I am very happy to have found a great Jeep and an awesome Jeep dealer so close to home. I'm definitely headed back to Willie's for the next one. Thanks guys for getting me back in the Jeep family!
They were never focused on repairing my car because they knew that they would not be making any money off of it.
Walked in for a quick flat tire fix and also had the service department check out my loose rear spoiler the same day. They took it apart and broke the part even more. Without my consent, they told me that they ordered the new part and it was under warranty. Not that big of a deal... When I went in to get the new part replaced, they realized that the part they received was not painted (it had been sitting in the box for weeks un-opened). This time, they made the part even looser by taking it apart, therefore, I had to resort to a little duct tape. Next time I called, they told me that I needed to bring my car back in to take more pictures because it may not be under warranty, even though they originally said it would be and I already came in to have it repaired. When they took pictures, it broke even more and they did a sloppy, bright yellow, tape job.
