A clean, comfortable, friendly place with an indoor pool, and restaurant and pub next door. You never have to leave if you just want to relax and stay "home". But if you go out, it's a very convenient location in the Burlington area...close to everything.
Old and dated property, floors creak, etc. I would not stay there again if it weren't for the Windjammer Restaurant.
Always enjoy our stay at this Best Western. The pool is warm, plenty of towels and a nice warm shower. The Windjammer pub is very affordable and has amazing food and they make an amazing Bloody Caesar
Great restaurant, good hotel. If you want a reasonable room, good amenities like a fridge in your room, lots of USB ports, decent fitness center, coffee on demand then you will like this place. Finished work, parked in the lot and had no reason to leave.
I didn't stay at the inn but went to the restaurant. The food and service were both great! The food came out at a good timely manner. It all tasted great. The waitress was very nice and on top of everything to make sure we were comfortavle and had everything we needed. I would greatly recommend people to go there.
Very nice staff, great restaurant. Unfortunately the elevator was not working and they did not have any extra staff to help with luggage. The hot water boiler quit working and the room they put us in was not the same size or class. The electric outlet in the bathroom was not working.
It does have a unique ambiance and they've done the best they can to keep the old property updated but the old bones show through.
