Very immature staff, could use some customer service training.
Just got a very bad vibe as soon as the female secretary picked up the phone (1030am on a Tuesday). I informed her I was able to come in the same day last time I called and she did not even attempt to make any arrangements for me but simply repeated the date to which I could come in, (2 weeks out) which was very irritating. I am probably going to call back and cancel my appointment simply because of her. There are a few other places in the area I would be happy to go to which is a shame because the Doctors there were very professional.
Pretty good. Phobe is great, it's a bit pricey for "spa" treatments .. Like facial peels are 70$ and it takes a whole 5 min to do. But they help my skin. I see a few reviews saying they are rude and have bad customer service, I've never experienced that and I've been going there for over a year! I'd recommend them:)
