I would not recommend buying anything from this company. My sister purchased a bird play-stand for me for Christmas for $800.00, not only did it come damaged but it looked nothing like the picture and was far too big. I called about exchanging it for a smaller size and was told not only did I have to pay the return shipping and a 15% fee but I would also have to pay the original free shipping fee as well. It is a large play stand and was shipped to me ups freight, when I called ups they said it would cost me $685.00 to return it! They suggested I call Americas pet store customer service and have them arrange the pick up because they receive a large discount. Stan the "customer service" representative said that wasn't possible and if I wanted to return it I would have to pay the fees. If I paid the original shipping, the return shipping and the 15% fee I would end up paying nearly double what the original gift cost!! They do not care about customer satisfaction and make it impossible for you to return anything!!
