Busy store, employees are generally polite and professional but nothing to write home about.
I took the SIM card out of of my phone by accident. I went in the store and I instantly was welcome by 5 employees willing to help. The problem was resolved punctually. Great store and customer service experience.

Helpful staff, more concerned with customer satisfaction than pressing a sale. Sometimes, you may need to deal with their corporate offices via their phone system (which can be a bother). I have gone in with and without an appointment (I recommend making an appointment if it is a busy time of day/day). They have helped me with urgent insurance claims when my phone broke and have helped keep my families' business talking!
