Update: Added a star after Mark called me to ask what they could have done better, these guys care about their customer experience and that alone is worth an extra star. I give three stars when things are "okay" or "as expected" but it is fair to say these guys performed above expectations. I will return here and suggest you give them your business over the local competition.
Friendly and welcoming staff & service. Did good work removing stains on my car's finish from a rusty overhead pipe, a little on the pricey side and had to schedule a slot almost two weeks out to get time with them.
One of the best carwashes in the area. In the winter you can close garage doors to the entry and exit of the carwash stations to be shielded from the elements.
Terrible! There was still gunk on the paint, and the attendant said "the car wash did its job." NO IT DID NOT. Took pictures and disputed the charge with my credit card company. AND they refused to allow me to put it through one more time. Customer service: ZERO.
The best carwash around! Just up the road also! I was going to Colchester for a house hum wash prior! It was great! Steamy at first cuz it's so nice! It was 1 degree out and it dried it twice! Perfectly I didn't have to do anything but watch in aww. It was incredible!
I took my car here after my cat peed in it and they really went above and beyond. I thought my car would smell forever, but they had me bring it in right away, even though they were busy, and soaked it overnight. They did an excellent job with the cleaning and I don't detect the odor anymore whatsoever! They also drove me home after leaving the car with them, and then came and picked me up with my two children to get the car back. Thank you again!
