He told me a price and then did a lot of extras... I definitely thought the guy would of charged for the extras and he could of but he didnt. We go there for all of our details.
Quoted me $100 for a interior detail job on my wife's car then charged her $150 when she paid. Did not do a very good job, missed many details. First Joe offered to refund the $50 and then changed it to a gift certificate which I accepted verbally but it never came in the mail as promised. I would not recommend him.
