I have been using Orchard Veterinary Hospital since I got my new pup over three years ago. I can only say that I am so pleased that I decided to change my veterinarian to Dr. John Eustis and his delightful staff. All are truly dedicated to making my dog relaxed, welcomed, and cared for. Dr.John is extremely knowledgeable, listens to what you have to say and proceeds as is necessary. It shows that he loves what he does. His staff always greet you with a smile and are so friendly and kind to your animal. I highly recommend Orchard Veterinary Hospital to anyone who wants the best for their animals.
We love Dr. Eustis and all of the gang. They are like part of our family. They are very accomodating to our pets needs and are always there when we have something come up. We would highly recommend this warm and loving office
The staff here are quite nice. The facility is conveniently located and easy to find. They were quite empathetic to our pets condition and it's effect on our family. They spoke kindly but directly about our options and her prognosis. I really appreciated that they were so honest. I never felt like they were sugar coating things or attempting to manipulate me into expensive testing or course of treatment. They dealt in facts, kindly and respectfully and even gave us follow up phone calls to check on my sweet old girl.
I adore this office, the staff is friendly and obviously enjoy their work. They make both my cat and I feel very at ease every time we go to visit.
The prices are great and we were seen quickly. I wish the waiting room was more comfortable, but I think the weird seating is to help the animals be comfortable.
