Was in store at 10 pm. Checkout only self help after 10pm. When I go there earlier often I have to knock on a Sheetrock wall for customer service
Was there at the customer service, the employee asked a manager for help. Manager came and she already hates me, I don't know her, never met her, never talked with her, don't want to. Made me feel bad and I was out from there unhappy. Unprofessional manager with the worst attitude I've ever seen. The employee was nice and this star is for the employee NOT her manager. I want to give ZERO stars to the manager.
I love this Price chopper! Super friendly people! I've been going to this store everyday for the last 9 years!
The checkout area is a bit cramped - there's always a line for self checkout, with most of the registers closed. Great location otherwise.
It's good enough. Decent selection. Nice size. But not all PCs carry the same items which is very frustrating. The cashier today chose to stand there while I bagged and the card reading was screaming at me to take my card out...they do not believe in baggers.
