The older woman who sporadically works at the front desk is so condicending and rude. The sad part is I think she was the manager. I have had more than one injury that I have had to go to Concentra for and during my care there she was rude to me, other patients and her staff members. I needed to reschedule an appointment because I couldn’t make it and she yelled at me telling me I had to keep my appointment and even threatened that my claim would be denied if i rescheduled. I had already called my employer and told them I couldn’t make it and they were ok with it. I even talked to my adjuster and she said that that woman had no right to say that. She needs a lesson on common courtesy and respect. The other staff members were nice but I hope my employer never sends me there again!

Considering the state of health care these days, I find that this organization does as well as can be expected. They are service oriented and provide good care. If you're looking for super fancy, look elsewhere, but they do a good job and many of my employees and myself have used this company with good results. It's also WAAAAAAAAY more affordable than going to the medical center or the Urgent care across from St. Mikes (UVM).
After a slightly, let's say messy, blood draw my samples were sent for the wrong tests. I had to come back two weeks later for new draws, which went smoother and samples were sent for the correct testing. However for three weeks I couldn't work because the testing took so long. Also, my company was charged for the incorrect samples and after two weeks have not been refunded.
