Tried to schedule an appointment for spine issues need a specialist; the scheduler was incredibly rude, unprofessional and obnoxious!! I can not believe that's how they treat their incoming patients. I tried to complain against her behavior and I was given the run around; no office manager in that day, no lead nurse, nobody in charge of the place available. How is that possible?? I was so disgusted by the horrendous experience with the scheduler named Hannah who also hung up on me 2ce, that i will not use them for treatment, i will go somewhere else. Not to mention their wait time for appointments is ridiculous its march and they're available at the end of june. Ridiculous place, if just trying to get an appointment has the scheduler be so snooty and beyond rude with you, imagine only what the treatment is like when you go in..That's why they have such bad reviews.. Definitely dont go here, go somewhere else!!!!
Most knowledgeable People on the business. Dr. Pino and,PA,Gregorious Delaporta know what they are doing!. Far better than DHMC.
