I was in the south Burlington store yesterday. Not only did'nt anyone working at the store know where I could find duct sealer, or even what it was, when a sales person walked me back to the plumbing dept. Because Lowe's computer system said that you had 6 gal. In the plumbing dept. The employee working that dept. Yelled that he had already told me that Lowes does not stock that product. Well that STATEMENT not only being wrong but was stated in such a rude manner that I will never set foot in any store of Lowe's. Home Depot here I come with all my business.
They have a lot of good stuff, but they should have more for what they are. A propane filling station would be amazing. And they need more veriaty with products ( Bosch Staples for example)
P.s. I own a contracting business myself, and find myself in your stores 5 out of 7 days a week. Correction Home Depot 5 out of 7 days.

Awful. The person at the appliance department simply refused to show me the microwaves. He asked me to read online instead. But he does not understand seeing is worth thousand words, and showing customers their products at the store is what his job for. Even worth, he complained to other customers about my request behind my back. He was very unprofessional!
Giving this place five out of five stars. I have questions regarding my purchased products and they were able to provide the support I needed.
We bought a micro wave and the sale man was very good to work with on our purchase of the micro wave. We will be back again in the future
My employees would be fired on the spot for that treatment of a paying customer.
