Consumers Beware. You will have to pay $75 for them to come out to your home. Then, you will have to pay $2,500 to receive a copy of the design they come up with you, even just to see if the plan is suitable for your space. These fees are NON-refundable. While they say the fees will be "taken off the price" when you purchase cabinets from them, we quickly found out their prices are inflated compared to many other kitchen design companies. We purchased a small three cabinet wet bar for almost $1,500 hoping to add a nice element to our home. When the cabinets arrived, they were of poor quality, certainly not worth what we paid. We will not put them in our home. Even though they were stock cabinets, they would not allow us to return them, or give us a refund. After paying $2,575 for their design services, we ultimately were not satisfied. The design was very disproportionate for our space and very expensive. When asked if they would give us back a portion of that deposit because the design did not work, they flatly denied us. No compassion or compromise. We're out over $4,000 and feel very taken advantage of. Since that awful experience, we found an awesome designer who didn't charge us a cent until we placed the order.
