In-store experience was fine. We bought a dryer - the sales staff were helpful. Delivery, however, is very disappointing. Paid for the 4 hour window 8-12, and called at 12:05 when delivery was still not made. I was told we were next. However, at 1pm, still no delivery. I called and was told the truck had broken down, and am now forced to reshedule. Considering Sears had my #, I would expect to be called and notified that there was a delay. The call center rescheduled my appointment, but it's another half day of work lost and inconvenience. Stuff happens, but communication is a professional requirement.

Clean and organized. Good prices.

Highly recommend this garage. Not only did they take on a challenging ball joint replacement on a Sunday afternoon, they stayed late until the job was finished. They spotted and fixed the potentially disastrous issue VT tire failed to see two days prior. They were incredibly helpful, informative and friendly. Ricky made sure we were up to date with the progress of the repair. My car has over 140k m on it and it is, once again, running like new. Thank you guys so much!

Went to Sears with the intention of buying a dryer. No one greeted us in the appliance section, one guy was on the phone the entire time, a young woman was standing around with an Ipad, and another man strolled by to inform us that most of the front loading dryers were 27 inches wide and strolled away. We searched among the washers and dryers by ourselves for about 25 minutes. Discouraged because no one attempted to sell us anything, we left. There were no other customers in the department the entire time that we were there. You would never know Sears is teetering on the brink of survival.

This is a terrible department store. They never have anything I'm looking for. I went in today in search of a lampshade and some fragrance and the store had neither. The employee I asked about it basically laughed at me that I would be in search of such items at their shop.
