Place is a little dated and a little messy. Staff was nice but little overwhelmed with the lunch rush hour. My order was correct. They have a walk-up window vs. a drive-thru. They are open 24 hours a day. Signs were up saying they were hiring. Despite just three stars, I would eat here again.
We had a great meal and service here. And I'm not kidding - this was a high quality Big Mac: fresh bun, crispy lettuce, got meat patty.

This location is the worst! Computers didn't work...cashier was "challenged" and had to handwrite the orders...kitchen help clearly weren't interested working...store was filthy. I've been to one Mcdonalds that was worse in my life...and I've been to a lot of McDonalds. Stay away!
They are in desperate need of a DRIVE THRU at this location...and I know they're "not allowed to have a drive thru" due to Williston road zoning laws/traffic congestion, but I call big B.S. on that! Sounds more like a fussy Vermont-type of rule. Their walk up window service is hit or miss at best. They're located right off of the interstate, so they get travelers, plus they get a lot of local traffic here, between college students and south burl residents. The seating area is drafty and awkward, so its a better place to get food to go.
