customer service needs work. A lot of work. I called the store (live 30 miles away) and confirmed they had the ACLS study guide. I drove to the store and after searching the medical reference, found out it was not there. They literally did not care. Not even a free latte for the inconvenience. I ordered my book through Amazon Prime (after S+H and taxes it was cheaper than buying in Barnes and Noble). No lines, no waiting, no hassle.
I'm always impressed with the expansive variety of topics and authors available!. All the staff are helpful and pleasant. A suggestion that would facilitate easier access for disabled shoppers would be to have small shopping carts available.
Awesome store. So much more than books. There are to s of games and other things. My kids think the escalators are as cool as the games there. So much to look through. Huge store.
Expansive book store with excellent selection of magazines, books and gifts, plus a back area of sale items. Adjacent cafe has tons of natural light to enjoy coffee and the book you just purchased
My family loves this store. The customer service could use a bit of work, but for the most part those on the team seem to be knowledgable. If I need a book the same day, this is where I go.
